Ongoing business support for when you're already setup but need help behind the scenes.

But behind the scenes it’s a different story. The admin piles up, your website’s out of date, and your content plan is more “vague idea” than strategy.

This option is for you if you want someone to jump in, take things off your plate, and keep the wheels turning so you can focus on the work that matters, without getting tangled in tech or lost in a sea of to-dos.

Tailored to your needs — here are just some of the things I can help with:

  • Website updates: from copy tweaks to uploading blog posts or other resources

  • CRM and email platform support (inc funnels, automations form setup_

  • Content repurposing and uploading

  • Social media admin: formatting posts, scheduling content, keeping things ticking

  • Client comms: managing inboxes, follow-ups, and enquiry forms

  • Troubleshooting basic tech issues

  • Monthly check-ins and platform reviews to keep the back end running smoothly.

PRICING Options

Ad Hoc Support

Not sure how often you’ll need me? No problem. Pay as you go for the tasks you need, when you need them.

  • £38 Per Hour

Ad hoc work is billed in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time I actually spend on your tasks.


Ongoing Support

If you know you’ll need regular help, my monthly retainers give you priority access and a better rate.

  • 8 Hours per Month: £240 (£30/hr)

  • 12 Hours per Month: £414 (£34.50/hr)

  • 20 Hours per Month: £630 (£31.50/hr)

Unused hours? Roll over up to 2 hours to the next month.

Bespoke Projects

Need more than a few admin tasks? If you want a full messaging overhaul, social strategy, or the tech side of your business set up without the stress, I’ll create a custom quote based on your goals.

  • Most projects start at £400, but I’ll give you a clear, fixed price after your discovery call so no surprises!

A Quick Note on AI

AI is becoming a bigger part of how we create and work—but figuring out how (or if) it fits into your business can feel confusing.

While I don’t offer full AI integration services (yet), I do use it regularly in my own content and planning, and I have a growing bank of prompts and tools I use to make things easier. If you’re curious, we can definitely talk about how to bring AI into your process in a way that feels human, helpful, and not at all overwhelming.
